The BP 7510 is a mechanical briquetting press renowned as the world’s largest single-line briquetting press. Its innovative double feeding system ensures consistent high capacity, regardless of the raw material’s density.
Equipped with an advanced control system, the BP 7510 offers internet connectivity for seamless monitoring, operation, and troubleshooting. The PLC system can even be reprogrammed remotely, providing unmatched flexibility. Operation texts and error messages are available in up to 16 languages, while the integrated log function enables detailed analysis and optimization of the briquetting process.
Designed for strength and durability, the BP 7510 features heavy-duty bronze bearings, a robust high-tensile steel housing, and a steel-reinforced concrete foundation for quiet, stable, and low-vibration operation.
Its unique piston and die system includes exchangeable piston crowns and wear rings, allowing the production of high-quality briquettes from various raw materials.
Ideal for high-capacity production, the BP 7510 handles raw materials with 6-16% moisture content and delivers up to 3,500 kg/h for industrial briquettes and up to 2,600 kg/h for consumer briquettes. Briquettes can be round (up to 120 mm in diameter) or square (90x90 mm), making it versatile for diverse applications.
