The BP2010 - BP2510 can be supplied with a separate dosing silo, as well as the BPU2010 and BPU2510, which are compact units featuring a small integrated dosing silo. These units are fully cabled and ready for operation.

Designed for versatility, these presses are well-suited for briquetting a wide range of agricultural and wood-based raw materials, including fine dust-like MDF. Built for strength and reliability, they are mechanical presses engineered for continuous, automatic three-shift operation. All essential components are housed within a robust machine frame and enclosed in a durable fiberglass protective casing.

The control systems are available in two configurations: relay-based or PLC-controlled. The relay-based option is primarily intended for installations that do not require full automation. The PLC-based system features a Siemens PLC for automatic operation, along with the efficient Basic Briquetting Control System (BBCS). This system includes a 5.7” multi-color monitor with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Through an internet connection, users can monitor operations, control functions, troubleshoot issues, and even reprogram the PLC remotely.
