The BP 4000 Briquetting Press  is a robust, medium-sized mechanical briquetting press designed for professional manufacturers. It is equipped with an advanced control system that provides internet access, allowing for remote monitoring, operation, troubleshooting, and even PLC function reprogramming. All operational messages and failure notifications can be displayed in up to 16 languages. Additionally, the log function is a valuable tool for analyzing and optimizing the briquetting process.

Constructed for durability, the BP 4000 features a sturdy housing made of high-tensile steel and is securely mounted on a heavy, steel-reinforced concrete foundation. This ensures quiet and safe operation with an exceptionally low vibration level.

This highly reliable briquetting press offers a capacity of up to 750 kg/h and produces briquettes with a 60 mm diameter. It is particularly well-suited for the production of industrial briquettes from fine dust-like MDF, as well as smaller consumer wooden logs.
